Orient Bay Beach, Saint Martin‎

Orient Bay is a coastal region of the east coast of St. Martin on the Caribbean. It laid undeveloped until the mid-80s when its magic and scenery was explored. Since then it has grown to become a lively tourist attraction.

The Orient Bay Beach is a long stretch of white, clear sands and beautifully-colored waters. With good parking, beach chairs, restrooms, and Wi-Fi, though, it can get pretty crowded during the day.

It is the flagship beach of the islands and it is not recommended for those seeking calmness, serenity, and tranquility of a calmer desolate beach.

Even with the huge numbers of hawkers, the Orient Bay Beach still boasts porcelain white sands, turquoise water, a gorgeous bay surrounded by some mountains, and islands in the distance.

Amenities and activities

It has an array of water sports, calm seas, and relatively affordable amenities. It is a must see, if for nothing, but the sense of community and a feel of the life in a typical St. Martin day. It definitely outsizes the other 34 bays and beaches that make up the St. Martin coastline.
